About Us
Lacey Sladky, Founder & Principal
Lacey is an ICF-certified executive coach who develops and delivers customized corporate leadership development programming and C-level executive performance coaching.
With over 20 years of experience guiding her own teams in demanding environments, Lacey’s leadership foundation was formed during her time as a forward deployed U.S. Navy Surface Warfare Officer. Following her service, Lacey held a number of executive leadership positions in both tech and communications.
She is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, with a Master of Science degree in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego School of Business and an executive certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. She received her Professional Certified Coach certification through the International Coaching Federation.
Lacey thrives on her time mentoring youth as a veteran ambassador for the Travis Manion Foundation, and supporting veterans in transition as a coach with the COMMIT Foundation. She lives in Annapolis, Maryland with her husband, children, and two happy dogs.
